Winners must publish to the Solana dApp Store. You do not need a live listing to submit CLOCK IN (close 12 Oct, 13:59 GMT+2), but the publisher account is yours to create. Nobody else can pass identity check for you.
Go to publish.solanamobile.com. Create an account: email, full name, password. Read the Developer Agreement (it includes arbitration), the Publisher Policy, and the privacy policy before you tick the box. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live.
After login, fill the publisher profile and start verification.
The check is run by a verification provider Solana Mobile designates. Enter accurate details. They can ask for more documents and can keep the portal locked until it clears. Review mail comes to the email you signed up with, including from publishersupport@dappstore.solanamobile.com.
Leave the APK upload until KYC is approved. After that, the official path is: connect a browser wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack) with about 0.2 SOL for fees and storage, pick a storage provider (ArDrive is the documented default), add the dApp, then submit a signed release APK. That wallet is the one you must keep for every later version of the same app. Steps: Submit a New App.
Submit the hackathon on solanamobile.radiant.nexus with your APK, public repo, demo, and deck. The store listing is a separate queue (docs say review results usually in 3–5 business days after you submit the app). Devnet apps are accepted for CLOCK IN. Do not wait on KYC to submit the hackathon.
You have a publisher account in your name, and the portal shows KYC or KYB submitted (pending or approved). You still have the signed release APK from Module 05. Submission guide →
