These terms cover the Ship to Seeker Android app and the website clock-in.biboux.com, run by Biboux, an independent Solana developer. By using them you agree to these terms. Contact: biboux.sol@gmail.com.
A free tool and course for developers building Solana Mobile apps. It runs setup checks on your device, walks you through a build path, and explains error messages. It is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind.
The Error Explainer uses pre-written answers and an AI model. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong. Check them against the official documentation at docs.solanamobile.com before you rely on them. Nothing in the app or on the site is financial, legal or investment advice.
XP and levels only track learning progress. They have no monetary value, are not a token, cannot be exchanged, and may be reset.
Don't abuse, overload, scrape or try to bypass the rate limits of the app's server endpoints, and don't use the service for anything unlawful. We may block access that harms the service.
The app's source code is released under the MIT License at github.com/Flow-Biboux/ship-to-seeker. Course text on clock-in.biboux.com is by Biboux; you may quote it with a link back.
Ship to Seeker is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Solana Mobile, Radiants, or the Solana Foundation. Product names belong to their owners.
THE APP, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Neither we nor the Solana Mobile Parties are responsible for any loss or harm caused by a vulnerability, failure or abnormal behaviour of software, wallets, devices, RPC providers or the Solana network.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BIBOUX OR THE SOLANA MOBILE PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, USE, DATA OR FUNDS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the app or the site is to stop using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you downloaded Ship to Seeker from the Solana dApp Store, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and Biboux only. Solana Mobile, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees and agents (the "Solana Mobile Parties") are not a party to these terms and have no responsibility or liability to you in connection with the app. The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability above also protect the Solana Mobile Parties.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
