Legal
Effective 9 October 2026
This policy covers the Ship to Seeker Android app and the website clock-in.biboux.com. Both are run by Biboux, an independent Solana developer, who is the data controller for the data described here. Contact: biboux.sol@gmail.com.
Your Build Path progress, which checks you've passed, and your XP are saved on the device (AsyncStorage). Uninstalling the app deletes them.
When you tap Explain, the text you pasted (up to 4,000 characters) is sent to clock-in.biboux.com/api/explain.
Don't paste anything you wouldn't want stored.
If you connect a wallet, the app sends your wallet's public key and your XP total (0 to 400) to clock-in.biboux.com/api/xp. We store them with a last-updated time so your progress can show across devices. Public keys are already public on the Solana blockchain. XP is a progress counter only: it has no monetary value and is not a token.
To run its checks, the app calls public Solana RPC endpoints, such as api.devnet.solana.com and mainnet for the Seeker Genesis Token check. Those providers see your IP address and requests under their own policies. Wallet connections and signing go through Mobile Wallet Adapter and your wallet app (for example Seed Vault). Anything you approve there is recorded on-chain, which is public by design.
If you join on clock-in.biboux.com, we store what you enter: email, and optionally your X handle, GitHub, build stage, whether you have a Seeker, and the blocker you describe. We also store your approximate country and how you found the page. We use these to send the course emails and to decide what to fix next. To be removed at any time, email us.
We don't sell or share personal data with anyone else.
We keep data while the project runs, or until you ask us to delete it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing biboux.sol@gmail.com. For XP, include your public key. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Ship to Seeker is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a minor has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
